The Hackney Wick Station Underpass Mural

We had the privilege of collaborating with Hackney Council, Tag Agency, National Rail, and the Hackney Wick community to create this incredible mural. Through community engagement sessions, including workshops and discussions, young participants from local youth clubs played a key role in shaping the mural's design. The theme of ‘Home Town Heroes’ was expressed with the inclusion of Unknown T, who came down to celebrate the official opening of the artwork. We believe it’s essential for our murals to reflect the identity of the communities they are part of, fostering a sense of ownership and pride among local residents.
